Refund policy

Every One of One Gifts item is personalised and made specially for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started. This is allowed under UK consumer law for goods made to your specification.

 

We will always check your design with you before we make it. Please read the preview carefully before you approve it.

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as approved in your preview, contact us within 14 days of delivery at oneofonegifts@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will remake it or refund you at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Items that are not personalised can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
