  2. 2. Orders: when you order you enter your personalisation. We email you a preview to approve before production. Your contract starts when you approve it.
  3. 3. Prices are in GBP.
  4. 4. Personalisation: you confirm you have the right to use any names, text, images or logos you send us, and that they are not offensive or unlawful. We may decline an order.
  5. 5. Product images are illustrations; finished items may differ slightly in colour and placement.
  6. 6. Our liability: nothing limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
  7. 7. Privacy: see our privacy policy. Disputes: the law of England and Wales applies.
