Shipping policy

We make each order to order. Production takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve your preview. Delivery then takes UK Standard 3 to 5 working days (£4.99, free on orders over £50) or UK Express 1 to 2 working days (£6.99). Other destinations and their prices are shown at checkout where we deliver to them.

If your parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, email oneofonegifts@outlook.com with your order number and we will put it right.
